Rewind Slitting
This highly effective method of cutting tape offers tight, (+/-) .005 of an inch precision tolerances and crisp adhesive edges.
Single Knife Slitting
Used for tapes, films, fabrics, and elastomers slit to width from a master roll measuring between .125 of an inch to 58 inches wide.
Rotary Die Cutting
Rotary die cutting machinery produces pressure sensitive tapes, fabrics, films, and thin elastomers "kiss cut" to a client's particular shape or pattern.
Waterjet Cutting
Accurately slice through thick, low durometer solid or sponge materials without the edge concavity usually associated with steel rule die cutting.
Steel Rule Die Cutting
One of the most cost-effective ways to die cut elastomers measuring up to 30 inches in length and width, and 0.5 to 5 millimeters in thickness.
Lamination
Utilizing various methods and materials to meet client-specific applications and industry adhesive solutions. Our multi-layer laminations can then be die-cut, slit, or sheeted with our machinery.
